Buick Owner Center - Missing Service History

Not sure if anyone else uses the Buick Owner Center...I don't use it much, but I did like the ability to go back and see what was done by the dealer at each service...Usually the notes are just a list of bullets items, but enough to jog my memory.

A couple of months ago, I went into the website, and I could see all of my appointments, but the list of services bullets under "Service Performed:" went blank (here is an example).

I have reached out to Buick for help, and they told me it was "a problem for everyone with their database...no timing for it to be resolved".

That answer sounded a little fishy, so I wanted to see if anyone else is having a similar issue...Many thanks for helping to validate!

Ahh...That helps me feel a little better, I guess.

Still amazed that Buick/GM would allow this type of thing to persist so long, but at least I am not alone.

Re: Buick Owner Center - Missing Service History

Is it possible to recommend any service centers available to me?

Thank you, Jerel...I am not sure what type of glitch impacted that system for the last month, but it appears to be fixed now.
