I did search the forum before posting and did not find what I am looking for.

I just purchased a 2011 Buick Enclave for my wife.  Parts in the center of the dashboard (where the navigation and air conditioning controls are) are worn and I want to replace them.

I am looking for a diagram of this section of the dashboard so that I can identify individual parts and part numbers and I am also looking for the names of the best places to purchase oem parts.

All help is appreciated.

GM had this problem with the finish pealing off of dash parts in 2005 and probably earlier.  I can't believe they still make stuff of this poor quality (like the chrome on the rims).  Weren't they supposed to have learned this lesson from the beating the Japanese manufacturers gave them in the 70s?

Thank you rbarrios,

I am interested in the number 3 part (center bezel) in the diagram and the parts contained within it.  There are many buttons that have the surface worn off of them.

Is there a diagram that would show me the parts within the center bezel?

You need to order the entire HVAC unit. It is different depending on what features your model has (CX vs. CXL).

You are right that this is a widespread problem.  You can also try installing these overlays:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/AC-Button-Stickers-Kit-Decal-Dash-Replacement-For-2007-2014-GM-CHEVY-Vehicles-/332100352858?hash=item4d52b93b5a:g:02sAAOSw53NZAT4F&vxp=mtr

I used similar ones and they weren't too bad.  For around $10 it might be worth a try.

I know you said you searched the forum but there are a lot of previous threads on this.  I don't know why they didn't show up but here are some of the main ones:

2009 CXL, White Diamond Tricoat, Cashmere, with absolutely everything except AWD, "re"-contented with some 2008 features ...
(traded November 2015 for a new Silverado but still love Enclaves and this forum!)
