Axiama Congratultions on a well played game. I expected more late hits, QB slams to the ground, but it was a clean, good victory. I have not had a dog in the fight for awhile. (49ers fan.)  You did it. you outplayed an excellent team. |

Thanks for all the well wishes!! Victory is sweet. Who knew? Yesterday was a great day. We took the kids to the French Quarter for mass at St. Louis Cathedral, we had beignets at Cafe Du Monde, and we caught an all dog parade (The Krewe of Barkus). Having the Saints win last night was just icing on the cake. I will admit that by halftime I thought it was over. I had to take a couple of tums and my stomache was in knots. Even though we were only down by 4 points it just felt so hopeless. And then they did the onside kick and held the Colts to 7 points in the second half. Woo Hoo!! What an amazing game. And now we get 8 days of Mardi Gras to live it up!!  |
