Trying to find real life pictures of the 19 inch chrome 2010 rims

We are buying an Enclave that has to be dealer traded and we got the CXL2 package but for some very weird reason it does not have the 20 inch rims, but the 19 inch chrome ones. I have not seen them in real life, so we are very anxious to see them. I searched the forum but can only find 19 inch chrome rims on the 2007 models. Can anyone point me in the right direction? TIA!

Not sure if the 2010 is different from the 2009, but I have 19" Chromes on my E. Check the gallery.

The rims in your gallery are the same rims that are on my 2010 E. The Canadian brochure for the 2010 had pictures of rims which were incorrect and I was concerned with the rims before I got them as well!

I also wanted the 20" because I really liked them over the 19" ones pictured in the brochure but I am very happy with the ones that are actually on the car!

I have only seen the new 19in wheel design on the 2011's. The new style seems to be similar the 19in chrome wheel on the 08-10's but for some reason the design makes the wheel look smaller than the old 19in wheel. I believe that it was in the brochure for the 2010 models as la ate availability option.

If I were shopping for an E I would hope for the old style 19's or opt for the 20's

I agree 100%! The new style 19" wheels make the tire look bigger and the wheel smaller.

I also wonder if they were trying to compromise with a tire that is bigger than an 18 for the look, yet smaller than a 20 for the noise reduction. Doesn't explain why they changed from one 19 to another 19 that looks smaller though. Just makes it harder to find aftermarket tires...

I'm with Uncle B. I've seen the 19" and they look great. Definitely add to the wheel size. Sadly, I don't have them or I would definitely throw up a picture for you. Maybe google it?

I agree, the earlier 19" chrome wheels look better. we have the 19's on our 2011 and I looked hard to find a 2010 first just because I liked the older wheels better but couldn't find exactly what my wife wanted and bought a 2011. The reason the 2011 19's look smaller (and not as good) is they are 9 spoke wheels - the previous 19's were 7 spokes, and the spokes were slightly wider. And actually, I believe they switched the wheels during 2010 production on the later builds. I saw 2010's with the same 19's we have on our 2011.

Like I said before.. not a fan of the new 19" wheels. If we get another Enclave I would spend the extra $300 and get the 20" or go aftermarket to replace the stock 19's.

What you say here goes against the 2010 sales brochure, I have right in front of me, that only shows 3 factory wheels for 2010: 19" 15-spoke machined aluminum (CX, CXL1), 19" 9-spoke chrome-clad aluminum (CXL-2 standard, available CXL-1), 20" chrome-clad aluminum (available CXL-2). (then there's some other 19" and 20" dealer installed wheels, but in the photo...none of them are the chrome wheels from 08 and 09.) So, I'm real confused to hear that any 2010's had the 19" chrome (08-09 style)

well, anything is possible when considering car companies and car dealers. I suppose dealers could have made wheel swaps for whatever reason and one of the 2010's I looked at with the older style 19's was a pre-owned. But I looked at other 2010's, at least 5 or 6 in my area, where it was a new 2010 sitting on a lot but with the older style 19's. So I just assumed the early production 2010's were using leftover wheels before they starting putting on the newer style wheels. Wouldn't be the first time something went on in assembly that isn't reflected in literature! I still like the older style better but my wife doesn't care, so I won't bother making any wheel changes on our her Enclave. ;D

Not sure what 2007 model you are looking at because the Enclave first came out as a 2008 model.
