engine misfire on acceleration

We have owned an 09 Enclave CXL for almost four years. The car had 69,000 miles when we bought it, it now shows 135,000. The problem we have now, that did not change after the throttle body and throttle position sensor were changed on recall, is the engine picks up a misfire just prior to a downshift at highway speeds, in cruise control or not. Getting ready to replace all spark plugs and coils but problem existed at 75,000 so don't expect any change. Buick dealer did a check once but found nothing. Any possible known causes?

being a 2009- it points to the plugs and coils.

But you may find a little oil in the spark plug hole. (from porosity in the head).
at this point- just clean it up- and change the plugs.

Thanks a lot for your answer, I will have to wait and see until after the tune up, which is a big pain you know where.

My 09 started misfiring around 120K miles. It needed full set of plugs and coils. Don't wait too long to do the work. I held off while I figured out what to do and the problem took out the catalytic converter.
