ItelliLink troubleshooting

Hi, I have a 2015 Buick Enclave. About a week ago whenever I use voice command to make a phone call, it makes me say a phone number and doesn’t accept a contact name. Has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions? Thanks in advance

It sounds like the system is not seeing your contact list. Try uploading it again from your phone.
