This maybe the wrong place to post tis but I'm sure the moderator will move it to the correct location. Buick Enclave Heating problem. It's -20C outside, sun shining in the passenger side. The drivers side temp is fine, but the passenger side blows only HOT air. Can not get it to blow cool air...

  8. Has your gas mileage improved after your first 500 miles?

    Buick Enclave
I have over 3000 km now. I just did a traditional paper pen and calculator check and got 32 MPG Imp or 26 MPG U.S.. The computer said 19. My conclusion is that the computer is out.
  9. Gas Milage?????

    Buick Enclave
I credit my break in procedure. I did my Vette the same way. and it gets 37.5 at 120 Km.
  10. Gas Milage?????

    Buick Enclave
As I stated I did zero out the average millage setting at the first fill up. So the fuel consumption readings must be inaccurate.
  11. Gas Milage?????

    Buick Enclave
Ok I know this gas mileage thing has been beaten to death but I will through in a wrinkle. I think. I am in Canada so we tend to calculate out mileage in miles/Imp Gallon. Even though our gas pumps and mileage signs are metric. Our new 2010 Enclave was supposed to get over 30 MPG Imperial. The...

That's correct. Everything BUT the DVD. My bad.
  14. Speedo Accuracy

    General Tech
That's typical of older cars. My 98 Accord and 94 Suburban are like that. My 07 Vette is right on. I think they did that in the past to cover butt against speeding. Also if you changed tire size the odometer would change. Not sure what would happen with new vehicles. Speed used to be sensed off...

Make that triplets. Picked ours up on Monday. Everything but the DVD. Sure is quiet. Lots of manuals to read. But interesting. Can't believe all that the computer can do.
  16. Speedo Accuracy

    General Tech
Just got my new Enclave and expected a separate speed reading from the Nav system. Has anyone used a separate GPS to check the accuracy of the Enclave? Is the speedo accurate?
  17. Canadian Nav Maps?

    Audio, Video & Nav
I picked up my Enclave on the weekend in Winnipeg. While returning to Regina I passed through the Grenfell Whitewood area were the #1 is the newest. The map seemed fine. But then it was Onstar that set the route. Not sure if the map is from the the nav system or Onstar?

  20. Winter Storm Front

    General Tech
I have them on my 94 Suberban. You can get them for most pichups. I have seen some SUV's with them but no Enclaves yet. I live in Saskatchewan where it gets to -40 in the winter. Prevents the front cylinders from staying cool and causing excesive were. If you do a compression test on an engine...
