I have a 08 enclave. It shudders really bad around 25 to 35 mph. Then lightly around 60 mph. Any ideas what it could be?

Transmission. Drain and refill, three times with a couple hundred miles in between drains. Dont Flush, just drain.

How many miles and have plugs been changed?

there is about 180000 and yes the plugs have been changed i even changed two ignition coils cause there was oil in the spark plug well and on the spark plugs
Lots more info on finding oil in the spark plug tube here:
Transmission TECHM was our problem. Does it drive better under hard load (driving aggressive/faster)?
Try to add some Shudderfix to see if that fixes it (temporarily). It’s probably the torque converter. I’ve been driving mine like that for 2 years (adding shudderfix every couple months). Big worth the $3K to $4K to fix trans. Get trans fluid replaced every so often too.

Mine drives better under hard load. What does that mean? How much is TECHM
I have been adding Shutter Stop for several years. I have 139,000 with no transmission change on oil. If I change it now, will it slip even worse? Or should I just keep adding Shutter Stop?
I would get it changed (not flushed) you need to do it over 3-4 changes so it gets fully changed (some fluid sits in torque converter and won’t come out when drained but will circulate with driving). … essentially you mix-out the old with the new. This made mine a bit better for a couple months but eventually had to start adding some shudder stop again.
