The blinker sound is through the sound system. If the speakers go bad, which they usually do, the blinkers will not sound normal if at all.
Thanks! I wondered. So, I guess it's time to get the speakers replaced... Also, when I first found this forum, it was because I'm experiencing the power steering issue, where at times it becomes very hard to steer. I was looking at that part of the forum but needed to join before I could post questions. Since I joined, I haven't been able to get back to that particular thread. I have found other discussions but wanted to know an approximate $$ if the rack and the pump needed to be replaced. Any suggestions? Thanks! The blinker sound is through the sound system. I appreciate the input on the strange blinker sound but it seems that mine comes and goes. At times, the speakers sound just fine (at the same time as my blinker sound being normal), but then both go weird. I did see where another Enclave owner tracked it to water getting into the wiring connectors and causing the problem. Any other confirmations of that being the problem? I'm checking it out as I can... thanks! You can also search the traverse and acadia forum for info.
They all share parts.. practically identical under the skin.
