Just curious, ask your tire guy what the difference is between the new tires and the old ones in relation to " rotations per mile" and if the speedometer needs to be re-calibrated.

If the 20" rubber is taller you will be going faster than the speedometer will be showing.

20 inch wheel owners

I just got 20's and they are already mounted and balanced
My questions are
1. Should I bring them to the dealer or have the tire shop do it

2. Will the 20's change the way the enclave drives

3. Does it need to be re-calibrated

1. I would - at least to have them check. My dealer has a special roadforce balance machine, which I think you would certainly benefit from with the 20's. If your local dealer has one of these machines, then definately make a trip.

2. Proabaly will ride a little rougher, but not a whole lot. 19 to 20 isn't THAT much of a change.

3. Not unless you are using a different size tire than the OEM 20 inch tire GM uses. Check with your local dealer and ask them what size tire the 20 inch gm accessory rims come with. If they are the same, then no calibration will be required. (GM rims, with the tires GM recommends are made to bolt on without changes to the spedo calibration)
