Welcome to the Enclave forum, and from one vet to another, thank you for your service. I'm sorry to hear that you are disabled as a result of your service.

More information would be helpful. Please explain what is happening while using the nav. If it is not working properly and you just bought it from a dealer there should be a warranty for at least 30 days. I would bring it back there for them to look at.

You can also try updating the IntelliLink system (not the map) in case it was never done.

To confirm if your vehicle supports vehicle software updates, go to the “Settings” menu in your infotainment system and look for either of the following:
  • Under the “System” tab, go to the “Vehicle Software" section and look for “Updates”
  • Choose “Software Information” and then look for “System Update”
If you see these options, your vehicle supports vehicle software updates. To be eligible for vehicle software updates for your vehicle, you must have accepted the connected vehicle User Terms for Connected Vehicle Services and OnStar Privacy Statement for the vehicle.
