Hello All, Roadtrip here, new to your forum.... 8 year owner of a 2010 Enclave CXL2 AWD Gold with 20" chrome wheels.

I have a problem that started about a year ago with the nav touch screen that I have not seen on your forum. Was wondering if anybody else has experienced same and might have info on a fix. The 2010 Enclave has the factory am fm cd dvd navigation reverse camera and all function properly with the exception of the touch screen. The problem occurs when I try to enter a destination street, town or city name into the navigation unit with the touch screen the letter that will come up is 1 or 2 spaces to the right of what I pushed....... push M get N or O, Push D get E or F and so on. Need to start with A, K or T ? Not happening.
Seams like a simple fix would be in order such as a touch screen alignment or calibration but the limited available menu does not have that option.
Does anybody know if there is a "secret handshake" or combination of hard key pushes that would bring up a more advanced menu that might have alignment or calibration options ? or will I have to replace he touch screen ?

Thank you for any and all input ,
Tim
