My guess is a wire is loose somewhere but has anyone encountered this problem before with suggestions on what to do? Thanks!

So sounds like the GM system has an auto detection when you plug something into the aux port and if that port starts going bad it will switch to aux at random.

Low warning sounds, no idea. Did you check the manual to see if there’s a volume for it buried somewhere in the menus?

One last thing, and this is for anyone searching for problems with an Enclave. Always search google for “your problem” and Acadia. EX: switching to aux Acadia.

There are way more Acadias than Enclaves and I feel like the Enclave owners are a group that are far more likely to just take it do their dealer than DIY it compared to the Acadia crowd.

Maybe you have a loose connection on your AUX jack.
