2012 enclave stalling!

My wife has a 2012 buick enclave. weve owned it for around 5 years no true problems other than rack and pinion but a few weeks ago we started having an issue where the car will run for 30-45 minutes than shut off. the check engine light will blink to the same rythm of the clicking on throttle body. It sometimes will pop up service the theft deterent system. will not throw no other codes. since it started i have replaced the batteries in both key fobs, throttle body, and battery in the car. the car will start back and run perfect after a few minutes. It runs perfect and out of no where just shuts off. any ideas help or advice will greatly be appreciated.
