This is really strange. After my wife recently drove the car for a couple of days, now, every time the Enclave is started, the defrost mode is selected. It does not matter what the last setting was when I shut the car off. It used to remember the last mode and re-start in that mode. Now, when I use the remote start feature, it WILL then be in the mode last used.
I did an internet search and couldn't find any info about this specific issue. And I also went by the Buick dealer and spoke to both a service department guy and a sales guy and they have no idea why this is happening. I did think about disconnecting the battery for a while and see if that changes anything, but have not yet done that. Any ideas much appreciated.
