The clips that you connect to the 2nd row shoulder belts to hold them down in a more comfortable position are broken. There is an elastic cord that connects to the clip & mine are both broken loose from the cord retainer. On my Clave they weren't connected when I bought it and I had to connect the cords which is not an easy thing to do! The 3rd row retainer clips were connected from the factory & were made a little different. The elastic cord cannot come loose from the clip because they were made permanent.
Hopefully this isn't too hard to follow but take a look at yours & you'll see the difference. Why did they make them different? Anyone else have this problems?
