Jean got me thinking that everyone seems to have an opinion of the Acadia's brick interior. What do you think?

i voted bold move but not for me. gm is just trying to keep up w/ford... ford has these type of styles/colors but they don't have solid colors such as this the seats are 2 colors so they dont look so wild. also, infiniti has these styles of colors also.

I get what they were trying to do and good for them. But I can't imagine how they could have made it worse. :sosad:

I wish instead they had offered the brown leather similar to what Acura offers with the MDX. I have seen that in person and really like it - basically provides an option besides black for those who don't want a light colored interior....but are not looking for the "boldness" of something like this brick.

There are clearly folks who love it over on the Acadia forums....but this is definitely not for me. I saw it in person and personally found it painfully bad looking...but again, different people like different interiors....just odd that they would pick that as one of their base introductory options...

A saddle brown would be a nice option. But not basketball orange!!! I am glad some love it. Good thing we have choices. Too bad I cannot get the Cashmere interior you lucky ducks over here at Buick can get. I am still sold on the exterior of the Acadia and I don't love the interior design choices of Enclave interior but I do prefer the Cashmere.

Gold mist with Brick. Not my favorite but they seem to love it. Aren't we lucky to have freedom to choose?

Nice, but I would like to see a leather package like Ford's King Ranch leather. Now that is leather. It's like a leather couch for Pete's sake.

Bold But Not For ME!

Surprisingly, Ferrari and Maserati have a color very similar to the Brick. On those cars it looks really good. While speaking of interiors, we have the cashmere/carbon black. If available I would have preferred a darker tan/brown which usually has a richer leather look and ove time ages well. Also, looks cleaner longer.

I owned a Maserati with a deep carmel brown -- not red brick -- this just has too much orange in it.

The Maserati had the best looking and most comfortable -- yet supportive seating of any vehicle I have owned.
