Should I be concerned about this, or par for the course on a car with 59k miles? It's a 2013 Leather for $27k, so I think it's priced pretty decent, if I can get past the items below.

Sway bar bushing(s) replaced
Sway bar link(s) replaced
Seat memory computer/module replaced
Power steering hose(s)/line(s) replaced
Radio/sound system repaired
Air dam repaired

Also, this is the 3rd (at least) pre-owned Enclave I've come across that had the sway bar stuff replaced. Is there some bigger issue to be concerned about? Or is it a quick/common fix?

Thanks as always.

May be apples and oranges, but I have a '10 CXL that just rolled over 50K miles, and none of those thing have cropped up on mine. I had two minor items taken care of under warranty in the first 6 months, and since then only recall items (2 of which were non applicable).

and still running the original sway bar links and bushings.
original hoses

they must have hit something on the road to mess up the air dam.
