I just got off the phone with a gentleman who had all the information on my purchase. He wanted to know of any problems so I told him of the forward roll, rear liftgate issue, and the poor reception of the remote start. He asked if it was ok if a Buick Engineer contacted me and I said yes. He said to call the 1-800 help line with the vin # if the problems aren't corrected by a dealer. I haven't made any complaints so I like knowing Buick is being proactive on problems.
