I just got off the phone with a gentleman who had all the information on my purchase. He wanted to know of any problems so I told him of the forward roll, rear liftgate issue, and the poor reception of the remote start. He asked if it was ok if a Buick Engineer contacted me and I said yes. He said to call the 1-800 help line with the vin # if the problems aren't corrected by a dealer. I haven't made any complaints so I like knowing Buick is being proactive on problems.

Cool, can we give you a lsit for when the engineer calls you? ;D

1) Seat belt casing being cut by seat belt. Multiple owners have noticed it.

2) Is the clunk/thunk/engaging sound normal when car first starts after backing up and going forward at about 10mph? (Again, multiple owners have asked)

He actually asked about the seatbelt and I mentioned the members here having the issue. I haven't noticed it yet. Someone must be paying attention at the helm. ;)

How about telling the engineer that the Automatic Climate Control display, on the center stack, doesn't show the outside temperature like the manual says it should.
