I bought a used 2009 with 143K, transmission jerked at times. Ended up being a broken wave plate and bad torque converter

Sadly, this is a far too common problem for the 2007-2009 lambdas. :sosad:

I have a 2014 with 102K. The transition shutters between gears at low RPM and torque. Is this a wave plate issue?
I had a deep flush done at 75K followed with a drain and fill at 101K.
ANY RECOMMENDATIONS?
