Hey guys, when stuck in snow, I turn off Traction control in order to switch to All Wheel Drive, I start rocking and after just 5-10 seconds it gets turned off and says: All Wheel Drive is OFF.

Question: What needs to be serviced? Do I do it the right way (order of getting off the deep snow)..

hi Tony, this is what dealership guy said. You can NOT engage all 4 wheels if traction control is on.. If you're stuck in deep snow and you still have it on all 4 wheels won't be spinning . For that, you turn it off. But in my case it overheats, the rear differential fluid or whatever that is on Enclaves

Traction control only tells what wheel to grip more than another and when you do turn traction control off, then all four wheels would spin at the same rate.
