I guess I ran over a tube of some type of clear silicone on the road and it squirted over the drivers rock panel and door. I have scrapped the "top" of the streaks off, but need to remove the rest. Probably going to require some type of solvent. Have any of you had such condition? What would or did you use for removal?

I would not use a solvent - buy a sticker/decal remover wheel and hook it up to a drill to remove the residue.
