From what I see, it's only available as part of the "Ebony Driver Seat Belt with Retractor and Pre-Tensioner" either part number 19301109 (Left Side) .. Pretty expensive. I would use "JB Weld Plastic High Strength Plastic Bonder, Black" and glue it back together or try to find one in the lot at a local wrecker and replace. Good luck.
