Car Covers

hello lanser and :welcome: to our wonderful forum,

i saw a car cover on the gm accessories link. check w/your dealer i do believe one does exsist.

Has anybody used or seen a car cover used on an Enclave. I can't even remember the last time that I saw a cover on any car.

Hi landser, welcome. i imagine a cover for the enclave would be a big job. i have seen on one of the shopping channels a windscreen cover that hooks over the mirrors.

there are a few cars in the indoor parking garage, a big old warehouse really, that i use that have covers. the mayor and a few other islander store their cars for the winter and keep the dust off. though no one uses covers outdoors. gets windy around here and covers will rub the paintwork.

Here is where you might want to look for a cover. http://www.calcarcover.com/ I have one I use for my PT Cruiser. But it has got to be a real job putting it on and off a Enclave. Never have it on with ice or snow. You'll never get it off.

I'm not a big fan of car covers, especially on a daily driver, because they can lead to scratching the paint. You cannot put a car cover on a dirty car without scratching up the paint.
