Looks like Carbon Flash Metallic can be ordered now (my guess), since both Cars.com and Carsdirect.com have listed it among the available color choices. The additional cost is mere $95! Beat that Pearly White!!

Awesome catch Coopermine, maybe we can sneak an order in amongst all those white ones!

Now do I go dark crimson or carbon flash? If we could only get some on the dealer lots in the Northeast!
ive got a feeling im gonna fall for the dark crimson just wish i could get a look at that color.
I would be anxious to see the Crimson if I did not already own a Cocoa. If the Crimson had been available out of the gate I may have ended up with one. It looks sharp based on the small color chip in the brochure.

From the attached link you can see all GM 2007/2008 vehicles.
The color 12U is not on the LaCrosse. I believe it is new for 08, so the only other GM cars will be 2008 models.

im so comfruseddddddddddddddddddddd..... all these colors.
I'm not big on the two tone look. So the only one that looks good to me styling wise is the Cocoa. The other colors are very nice. I would just like the whole car to be that color.
yes, that is my prob too...the platinum and the white diamond are also great colors w/the contrast color being pretty close the color of the car. that is what turned me off big time on the acadia was all that black accent color around the base of the car. i think the saturn looks way better than the acadia...but the buick is offfffffffffff the chain.
Have you seen Platinum Enclave? It looks so plain... I thought I would be ordering it after seeing that fantastic picture w/ those 20"s but in real life it was tooo plain. They really worked hard on that picture with the different shades and accents. Under the sun Platinum looked least attractive to me. Plus every other car in tri-state area is some blend of silver.

The white looks nice, but my Pathfinder is Aspen White, my neighbor across the street has a white 740Li and a white Explorer and some other old suped-up White hot rod, my neighbor next door has a white Buick Century and the guy across the street from him has a White Intrepid and White Astro. I can't take it anymore!!! I think I can count at least 5 more whites on my street (pulling hair emoticon needed). I think I need to introduce some new colors to this community...How about Carbon, Crimson, Red Jewelor Blue Gold

Coopermine,

I agree, The silver Enclave in my picutres was rather boring in person. I think the darker colors brings out the chrome trim much nicer. The anti white would obviously be Carbon and don't forget the 20" Chrome wheels.
yes, i saw the platinum in person that is the color i drove. i really dont like silver or white cars but i went to caddy dealer to see the other colors and i like the white diamond, its not really white it is more a pearl color. the blue wasnt blue enough for me, the red was pretty but dont want another red car plus i dont like that dark accent color around it, the blue gold crystal metallic is a dingy gray blue w/a gold over coat that shines through its ok, the gold metallic is pretty and i think it will look pretty nice w/that cocoa accent color, the cocoa metallic i am just plain sick of seeing period from what i could tell on the cadillac dts the dark crimson metallic looks like a deep purple or something that really needs to be seen in person. plus i need ebony interior and not many colors are gonna look nice w/that.

In the brochure, the blue-gold seems to have a top and bottom that are close in color.

Exactly!! That is the reason I have Cocoa. I think the prominent two tone color of the other schemes is too much.

Unless they are talking about the color samples in back.

could be but i have seen the blue/gold in person and it looks nothing like that swatch in the brochure at all. it is a dingy grayblue with a gold clear coat over it. its an okay color but know what you are getting go to cadillac dealer they have same color under a diff name.
I have not seen it in person. Is the color scheme close to monochrome, or is there a big contrast between the main color and the lower cladding?
