i saw it on a cadillac dts, they call it black cherry, it looks soooo :hot: i checked w/my dealer to see if color is ready for ordering cause i want my car before christmas lol. plus it is not red its almost like a black purple (black cherry) very nice.

I'll be ever so slightly bummed if it is available already. I thought the color looked great in the brochure, although I never searched for another GM vehicle with that color. I would love to see it in real life on an Enclave. I didn't feel like waiting until some TBD time.

Its seem weird that GM makes this an extra cost color at whopping $95.00 MSRP / $78.85 invoice ???
yes, jackie it does and if you click on the lucerne you can get an idea of what it looks like. also if you change the link to the cadillac and click on the dts you get a real good look at it.

Just saw a silver exterior / ebony interior CXL at CostCo. First time I've seen the ebony leather--and it's easily my personal favorite. Darker interiors tend to look higher in quality, and the interior also looks less busy since the ebony interior is monotone. All in all, that was one hot looking Enclave.
The ebony interior looks nice, but it is not always a favorite in sunny places like South Florida. Dark interiors can get very hot in the sun (e.g., I remember this in my BMW, especially with the top down). Also can not go with the crimson color (i.e., it is not a permitted Gator color).

i like the ebony even though i live in southern california. the titanium and cashmere are just too light. they should have given at least another dark color option like a gray but they didnt so ebony it is for me.... will look very nice in the 2 colors of my choice.

if it is the same ebony leather as the acadia, which im sure it is, then they described it as more of a dark chocolate color. has a little bit of a brown tint to it.
i am really looking forward to the ebony interior because almost all of the cars im in have the tan leather,except aunts STS with ebony which is SWEET

i've seen that ebony in several gm rides and i have not seen any chocolate tint. its pure ebony and very beautiful... now there is a chocolate interior for the cadillac and it is pretty... i sure wish they could take those seats out and put them in my enclave.

I havent actually seen an acadia with ebony leather, but that is how they described it on acadiaforum...
