IDEA! How about when you have a Dealer of Choice to post, take a moment to enter it in this Regional thread also. That way, If we find ourselves in one of those locations, we will have some out of our town help if/when needed. ;D

Classic Buick, Cadillac in Montgomery, AL - superb service department... Ask for Tony Burkhalter - he heads the operation & has given us flawless service with both the Enclave & the wife's CTS...
Craig Schaffer at Jim Lupient, Golden Valley, MN. They made buying relatively painless, offered car at $500 over "invoice", accepted GM supplier discount. And Craig really knows his cars! Can't speak to quality of their service department, however, as they are too far from us to go for service.
Immke Buick in Columbus, OH. Just picked it up last night after the long wait. They have been excellent so far. Can't speak to the service department yet, but Steve McCabe is an excellent salesperson. No pressure, just a good dealer.
John Howard Buick, Waynseburg, PA ... worked with Doug Hoskins. Great experience, and it took only 4 weeks from order to deliver. John Howard Buick team was fantastic, deal was more than fair, and I would highly recommend them.
Stillwater Motor, Stillwater, Minnesota. Buick, Chev, Jeep. Family owned for 80 years; they have no other dealerships. Personal service. Have had all my service work done there - top technicians and equipment. Bought my first new car there in 1960.
Brooklyn, New York...Bruno Truck Sales on Hamiton Avenue & 14th Street. Absolutely A-1 for service, but not so good for sales (they prefer to sell large trucks). Quick story...I just had my Enclave serviced... oil & filter, tires rotated and state inspection. 2 days later the dealer called me to inform me they overcharged me $27.00 on the inspection and come by for a refund. They were very sorry for the overcharge. How's that for dealer service!
Ohio - Akron Area - Lambert Buick, Pontiac, GMC
Top shelf dealer, great service and follow through on the smallest of details. Excellent after the sale effort to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
I posted the following in the General Forum today, here it is for those of you that are in the midwest looking for a great dealer....
I give two thumbs up to Lambert Buick-Pontiac-GMC in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, along with a round of applause. Their attention to detail is second to none. After the sale follow-up outstanding, dealer visits for service are actually over the top. I really wanted to wait and hang out for the hour it was going to take for service. I was asked no less than three times by three different people if they could take me anywhere.
I have worked with other dealers before that also did a great job, the difference here is they do not miss an opportunity to do a good job, take nothing for granted and work hard to earn your business.
I'll buy my next one from these folks! Don't tell them though, it might mess with my negotiating position if they knew ahead of time.
And now the bad news...in Brooklyn, NY, Bruno Truck Sales is closing! Trucks were there big thing (sales and service), cars were a very small part, but there service was great! I don't know why they closed; they certainly were busy enough with truck service. Now, all the mechanics have moved on, parts is closed, and just a handful are closing up.
On the bright side, I took my 'clave to where I bought it...Cunningham Motors in Bayside, Queens. I was made to feel like a long lost brother! Clean, friendly, polite, free coffee...yes, and great service, too.
I hope my Buick dealer makes it thru all this GM/Economic turmoil, because they rock! Another great service experience with Lambert Buick in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Believe you me, I don't go out of my way to recommend anyone that meets the status quo of service. These folks just do it better.
E.J.Salentine Buick/Pontiac in Muskego, Wisconsin get my vote - Ihave dealt with them for over 30 years - who else would come out in below zero weather on a Sunday afternoon and give you a tow and loaner when your car has a computer chip problem, yet that is what the owner himself did for me years ago - it is this kind of service that has set them apart from others - they are a family and treat all their customers as such - they have filed an appeal on GM closing them down and I hope and pray they get re-instated - they are an example of what GM needs to improve its image - they have repeatedly finished high in customer satisfaction surveys - Mr. Whitacre, Ms Docherty, and now Mr. Sweeney should visit this dealership and speak to their customers - here is a dealer that can serve as a model for the "new GM" - customer oriented service - making the customer feel like they are family and treating them as such - the Salentine "Kids" head the business now, but the spirit of EJ lives on - they are a dedicated team and I say again GM could learn from them rather than close them down.

LOL okay dusting off yet ANOTHER old thread which I found while being bored this morning, and up REALLY early.
My pick of course!!!!
Reichard Buick/GMC Dayton, Ohio! Service....great Steve is awesome. Sales....Dan heck he called me a week ago just to see how things were going.
They may be on the other side of downtown Dayton from where I live but I find their service and attention to detail as well as customer satisfaction way superior than any dealer I have used in my....long life. Okay the only service I think is better is my own personal mechanic Ted who works on my out of warranty vehicles. ;D
Hey, Sailfish - Thanks for placing your Midwest choice in the correct child board. I consider this Regional Boards thing to be my only long-term useful original post here. I just wish others posting would be sure they are in the right region before they post. Oh, well.

I asked God for a bike, but I know God doesn't work that way -- so I stole a bike and asked for forgiveness.
Thought I would give another shout out for Reichard Buick/GMC. My salesman Dan called the other week to ask how the Enclave is performing. Yep....have had the Enclave 2 years now and not even 17,000 miles on it.
Guess I don't do a lot of driving, at least not as much as before.
:thumb: That's where I used to work. Worked in the sales department for 3 years doing various things. I had sold cars at a previous dealership, so I sold for a little while at Shaheen, then moved to their call center department, (answered incoming sales calls and set appointments for the sales staff, and made outgoing calls for service customer follow up) but they only had that department for about a year and a half, stupid they got rid of such a valuable concept, then the remainder of my stay I worked with their internet department, ("internet manager") answering sales e-mails and photographing cars and uploading them to their website. Left the job in 2002 to stay home and raise a family. First daughter will be 11 in June, wow...where does the time go?
Thanks for the shout out to Shaheen. If we end up getting a Chevy, I'm sure we will buy there.....although I don't get any discount from them. (maybe if I tell them I still wear the winter jacket that has their name on it, I may get points for that...hey it's free advertising. )
Yeah, been really happy with them. The vehicle I purchased from was Sawyers and their Service Manager was a complete idiot and told me different items were not warranty repairs the first time I took it in, so to verify this I took it to Shaheen and told them what the the guy at Sawyers said and he just shook his head and said we will fix it. I'd never purchase from Sawyers again.
