Hello guys/gals I am new here and i am working on a friends 2014 enclave and she brought it to me because he driver side window wouldn't roll down or up. My first thought would be the motor is bad so she bought a regulator combo and before fully installing it i hooked it up and still nothing. Next option be the whole driver switch pulled the old one out and installed a new and i had absolutely no power to it at all, no locks, no mirrors , no other windows. A coworker of mine said it was the driver side door module. I am just trying to get an answer for her to let her know to take it to a dealer or not to get something programmed or order a new module. Thanks in advance

You need to have the car scanned with an advanced diagnostic scanner to see if there is communication to the module or any trouble codes. It should take a mechanic about 10 minutes of time and well worth the $25-50 they would probably charge you. Those scanners will also be able to simulate the switches and all functions. You should also test for power and grounds coming into the door switches and modules - you might have a broken wire in the flex harness that's coming into the door.
