Factory rims have cracks

My sisters Lucerne kept getting a low pressure tire warning.
In the end mom and pop shop found it was a crack in the rim where air was getting out. Very slow leak.
Buick replaced the rim.

I sat at a tire shop helping out looking for leaks and found a small whole or Crack in 2 wheels and one that got bent from a pot hole on the freeway. I still have warranty but I just bought a set of after market rims. I'm tired of adding air to my wife's car everyday. Did your sister car ever have problems with the tire pressure monitor system?

Never had issue.
Only when batt got low.... time to replace
