I know most dealerships use stuff from BG Products, but for some of it you really need special equipment to do the cleaning correctly:

Or you can find a certified shop that already has the equipment here:

You can buy BGK44 and dump it in your fuel tank by yourself but it's one of the more expensive cleaners (around $22 per bottle). I've always used SeaFoam but just bought a can of BGK44 last week. I have to run a few tanks through to see if makes much difference.

there is a non serviceable filter in the gas tank.
Pretty much a pickup filter were the gas is sucked in.

But yeah- no external filter... they got rid of these around 2005/2007.

Is it possible for fuel injection cleaner to cause any damage or problems to an engine? Or causing the overheating light to come on and shutting engine off? I Own a 2012 Buick Enclave and kept it up on all areas never showed any red flags and received monthly diagnostic reports. Last thing that put inside was fuel injectors cleaning and when it was time to fill up tank complications began. Any advise??
Thank in advance!

I agree.
Overheat condition- more likely you have a weeping water pump.
Check coolant level in the reservoir and the radiator itself.
