Ok, since i was the one that started this thread..........
i'm a single(girlfriend) turning 39 in 10 days male.
I'm a professional drummer/construction.
I just traded in my 01 corvette for my
cocoa metallic awd cxl loaded to the max enclave and all i have to say is...
I Love this car !with all the options it's a tech nerds dream.
the chrome 19" wheels and chrome tail pipes screams "NOT JUST A CHIC CAR"!
I 'd have to say maybe a couple other colors could but, cocoa, black ,red blue and silver.
keep it manly and i've said it before, the darker colors on this car keep it looking strong.
I am literally more excited then when i first bought my "Vette"
I never in a million years would have thought of getting this color but, buick
knew what they were doing with the "centerfold car" and since i'm a golfer
i'm sure "tigers" ad helped a little.

hope this helps the guys out there.

Agree, it like the Buick name is all male. Lexus is a girl! So the car looks curvy and sexy, but that is O.K. So did many of the true classic cars, which it was designed after! Just like beer...its our  Buick!

Acceleration is not bad from a dead stop. However, if you are going 35-40 and want to accellerate to pass - it feels very sluggish (nothing I can't live with though). I received a personal message from Buick saying they are fixing this with a software update that will be available free at dealers by the fall.
Is this fix for the AWD, FWD, or both?

I will be honest - I ordered this for my wife but really could not envision driving one myself as my main car because it does strike me as more feminine design. I much prefer the Acadia external appearance as being more of a guy's vehicle compared to the Enclave, but obviously that does not mean I can't appreciate the beauty of the Enclave design (and of course the Enclave interior leaves the Acadia in the dust). I would love it if they put the Enclave interior inside the Acadia exterior - and they may do that at some point via a Denali trim level for the Acadia....(obviously not the exact same interior, but you know what I mean)...

Ultimately I think there will be a ton of guys driving this and it is just personal preference...if you love the Enclave you buy it and who gives a #$*% what anyone else thinks! It's a great vehicle regardless of gender....

Although I am not selling my z06 for this enclave I believe it to be one of the most beautiful designs in years.

As my wife prefers CUV's and I enjoy my sports car I'm lucky in that when we travel as a family I will be driving the Enclave (after I order it this summer)

I think I'm going with the silver CXL with a black interior.

I dig the coco metalic but don't care for the light color interior. (kids messy)

so I'm going silver with black.

As much as I dig the Enclave I wouldn't sell my Z06 for one but sure am glad GM made this vehicle as a family vehicle. What a stunning design for a CUV.

JB I agree about the design also. As far as the Z06 is concerned, That is one heck of an Automobile, however, just wait another year or two and see what GM is planning.
The Vette of all Vettes.
