We weren't home but a gentleman left a message on the answering machine thanking us for our support and letting us know we could call if we had any issues. They were really proud of the Enclave and wanted to make sure any issues got resolved quickly. He worked at the assembly plant but it wasn't clear if he was UAW or management. Either way my wife thought it was a nice touch.

give his number to the people who have to wait for parts on backorder and have their vehicle in the shop for an extended delay!

I got the same call on thursday from a woman named Cynthia in Detroit. When she first called, only my husband was home. But he told her she could call back when I got in from work. She indeed called back around 8pm that night to thank me for my purchase and to see if I had any questions about how to work anything in the vehicle. I couldn't think of anything on the spot, so that's where the call ended. Very pleasant call, though.
