I have a 2015 Enclave (purchased in March 2015). Multiple addresses in Naples, FL can not be located using GPS destination address entry. Buick GPS map update website - gmnavdisc.navigation.com - indicates that my Enclave has the current map. I find it hard to believe that there have been no map updates in 2 years.

How do I get an updated GPS map?

This is a common problem with most built in navigation systems in vehicles, they are seldom up to date. this is why I chose not to get an Enclave with that option. I use a Garmin and that is much better and updates are free 4 times a year.

I used the e-mail link on the GM nav update site asking why it says that 2014 and later Enclaves have the latest update. According to their response there are updates available but the only way to get them is to have the dealer order and install, and their currently out of stock.

Has anyone else heard a response like this that it's a dealer only update and if yes any idea how much it costs?

Dear Sirs Good morning.

My uncle owns a Buick Enclave cxl 2011 model. Is there any possibility for a DVD with maps for Europe (Or, better still maps for Greece) to be available ?

If not, what are his options (If any) ?

Looking forward to your reply.

Many thanks in advance for your time & effort.

Best regards,
Theodore G.
