I'm new to the forum. I have a 2015 Enclave Leather with 75,000 miles, it was purchased around 48,000, so far no major issues. I want to upgrade and add running boards on it, does anyone know if 2012 enclave running boards are compatible with 2015 year?

I would say yes because they are the same body. There has been some changes made from 12 to 15 but not to the main platform.

These ones will. The molded ones may but I don't see anything showing fitment from 2008-2012.
