I spoke to the dealer and mine "supposedly" went to transportation on the 30th. Hopefully, transportation does their shutdown after they deliver the lot!!!! I was also told this two weeks ago so, I will believe it when I see it!!!! :banghead:

I ordered it May 21st and was told by the dealer 4 to 6 weeks at which time I told her more like 10 to 12 from what I read on deliveries. The next day she called me back and advised that her rep told her it would be 4 to 6 months. Her dad (owns the dealership and 2 or 3 other GM dealerships) went to a dealer's meeting the next week and raised holy h*** and was told it would be built in June. So assuming it shows up next week, it will be a 7 week delivery.

How long does it take if you order an Enclave? Have you found your negotiating power slim to none since you have to order it? I think I'll charge the dealer (if/when I buy it) to drive around the dealer a couple times and watch all the people look at me and say - is that a Buick???

Ask the dealer how long it will take to receive your Enclave if you order. Mine told me 6 -8 weeks and I received it after 6 weeks. Others are waiting much longer.

I think you have better negotiating power if you order b/c your order won't count against their allotment. Each dealer is given a certain number of Enclaves that they can order for their inventory. If you place a specific order it won't count against their allotment but it does count for their monthly sales goals and could increase the amount of Enclaves they are allotted next year. Also, my dealer told me they were only selling vehicles on the lot at MSRP but they would negotiate on a special order.
