Who knows in Canada. Has anyone seen a Enclave brochure? I to 3 dealers and none have a brochure and do not when they will arrive.

Each dealer had 1 Enclave each.

Now here is another question.......

If I do not get the "Driver Confidence Package" (which includes... Remote Start Keyless Entry, Heated Washer fluid and Rear park assist ) will I be able to use the Intelligent Key fob? I am planning to get the back-up camera so i really do not need the rear park assist sensors. I care less about Heated washer thingie, none of my cars have them and never had issue with freezing windshield washer in the nozzles. But I really want to get remote start feature it is excellent for the winter and good for Summer as well. Just do not want to waste $520 on remote start if the Intelligent Key fob can do the trick I will settle with it.

I'm not 100% sure but I highly doubt that the intelligent key fob will give you the remote start option.
I think it just gives you the ability to monitor a few things remotely and it can also initiate a remote start IFyou have that option installed.

I think the standard key fob also has a remote start button (and a button to open the lift gate), but unless you have those options installed already those buttons won't do anything.

So it seems like the intelligent key fob is no different in that respect but it does let you remotely change radio stations and also monitor some things like tire pressure and fuel level.

That is what I was thinking too that the package also includes the remote start setup on the car. Darn it :(

Yeah, I might've sprung for the remote start too but if we get the Nav (includes backup camera) then I don't see any need for anything else in that package.
Then my wife said she didn't really care about the remote start anyway as long as there were heated seats and so that made it a very easy decision.

Unless you have those options installed, there will be no button, as each is custom-configured to each vehicle. If you don't have that option installed, then there will be a little indent where that button would have been. My Montana SV6 has remote start and dual power sliding doors, so there are 6 buttons on my remote. We test drove a Montana SV6 before with remote start and 1 power sliding door, so it only had 5 buttons.

if i am not mistaken, the remote start is standard on the cxl models and the auto lift gate is standard on all models....so, i dont think remote start is anything to worry about if you are getting a cxl model and the key fob will just be an addition to your car.

I know the Power lift gate is standard in CXL, I am not sure about the remote start, why would it be in the package if it is standard?

WHAT I AM SAYING IS THAT THE CXL MODELS ARE ALREADY EQUIPPED TO HANDLE THE REMOTE START AND THEREFORE REQUESTING THE KEYFOB SHOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM.
