I am about to do a factory order on cxl awd, 8-passenger, entertainment package # 4, driver confidence, luxury, 19" wheels, power sunroof/skylight, and rear cargo net/shade.

The msrp is $44545, invoice is $41795, costco price is $42295, and supplier price is $41521. I am eligible for supplier price and a local dealer can do a factory order at supplier price. They said that taxes and licensing ($200) is extra. Is licensing the same as doc fee -- that I have seen mentioned in this site? Is this a reasonable fee and overall price for WA state?

Also, I am assuming that I am still eligible for conquest rebate even with supplier price. Is that correct?

Many thx.

From what I've seen supplier pricing is usually a little above invoice price. My order was 200 below invoice.

selling price 38,467
window etching 200 (will actually not get this but it is included in the numbers)
license and registration 690
doc fee 230
tax 3,132
total (out the door price) 42,743

Any rebates at the time of delivery will apply. Depending on where you buy the dealer may add a legitimate fee for advertising.

I've seen other places on the forum that you can't get supplier pricing with any other offers but it seems to be dealer specific.

I think anyone getting close to invoice (+/-) is getting a good deal on this vehicle especially given that demand seems to be outpacing supply for the time being.

Amrud,
If I were you, I'd do supplier pricing -- I was lead to believe that once the order is in VOMS (GM's order system), you are price protected. AFAIK, supplier also avoids other charges a dealer may tack on -- advertising and other "fees" -- it's all pretty much set in stone by GM and they are apparently sticklers about it being done right. I don't believe you'd have any doc fee with supplier, just taxes you'd pay regardless and also license and title fees. I think you are far better off doing supplier.

Re the Conquest rebate -- the dealer cannot put through a deal at Supplier and also give you Conquest. I have read, but have yet to see, a dealer that will sell at Supplier price (which is under the invoice they show with marketing/ad fees added in and above the Edmunds or KBB price for invoice) and also give Conquest. I have read that some will sell close to that amount and if the person buying qualifies, then giving them Conquest -- but they can't give it to you if they write up the paperwork as a Supplier order. HTH.

Rosten,
Don't know where you're located -- if you are looking @ Edmunds or KBB, that may not be the "Invoice" price you'd see the dealer show you. For now, I think Supplier pricing is pretty darn good. If you can get the dealer to quote you close to Supplier AND give you Conquest, all the more power to you. Then you have a really good deal.

I've validated invoice a couple different ways and my dealer is small and in a small community so he doesn't have any advertising fees. What I listed is my agreed pricing with him on the order I've already placed.

Supplier pricing is a great deal. Easy, no hassle and you can work with any dealer and know you won't get taken. I was qualified but think I found a slightly better deal.

Just curious.
What part of the state do you live in with the 8.1% sales tax? Up here in the wilds of Mohave County it is only 5.85%.

My understanding is that the price could change but not significantly. Our dealer warned that sometimes by the time the vehicle arrives GM may adjust the supplier or employee price a bit. He said it would not be anything significant (< $100) but it happens. I said I didn't mind so long as it wasn't like hundreds of dollars or something. When we got it it was $20 higher in GMs computer system than it was when we placed the order. No big deal and it's possible that your dealer may guarantee the Supplier or Employee price at the time of ordering. Ours didn't but they mentioned it up front and it wasn't a big deal in the end.

Also, it's up to the dealers discretion as to whether they want to sell to you at supplier or not. They don't have to sell at supplier. Since the Enclave is so hot some won't sell at supplier but if you've confirmed that your dealer will then no problem.
