I am in Pennsylvania and I ordered mine on May 19th. Last I heard, my status was 3400- next step is production. It has been almost 10 weeks. Has anyone received their May order? If you are still waiting, what status code are you?[/color]

Order in May 2nd, status is 3400. Patience, patience. Dealer says production is imminent, same as three weeks ago. We'll see!

Ahem, there are still a number us who ordered in April that are still waiting. You May folks have to wait your turn. :)

Ordered mine May 17th. Getting it tomorrow. July 18) It was held up in Louisiana since July 12th.
I never got out of the 3000 code. Next thing I was told is that it was built and on a rail car on its way. That was the day the plant started 2 week vacation. Guess it was one of the last ones built before they shut down.

I know the dealer I went to here on L.I has two vehicles on order, he placed the order on May 22nd. Both have a status code of 3400. Both are Carbon Flash, one is Acadia though.

I'm with you, ordered 4/23 and am leaning heavily on my dealer, even though they are a very important customer of mine. I am having trouble understanding how May orders are being delivered when April hasn't been filled yet. I sure would like to talk to someone at Buick myself. We have already rescheduled our summer vacation from July 1-8 to August 5-12 around this car. I sure don't want my first trip in it to be going down the interstate at 75mph considering the recommended 500 mile break in period. I am a ACDelco wd and have a meeting with my rep. on Thursday morning. He stated last week on the phone that he had a friend at GM that he could call. All he needed was the order number and I have that. I may turn him loose and see what he can find out. If I was to tell you how much we purchased from ACDelco (a division of GM service parts) last year, you'd think that they would deliver it to my front door. What I have ordered is nothing special and is listed at the bottom of this post. It's basically a bottom dollar unit when compaired to a lot of others here on this forum.

Ok, I feel better now that I have once again vented my frustration. I have been trying to purchase a Lamba since March 1 and as the days pass by, I get more and more frustrated with the whole mess. I think that it's called "Enclave Envy". I even saw another one on the road today, pouring more salt on the wound.

Ordered May 5th CXL White Diamond AWD with everything except an engine heater with an event status code of 3000 about three weeks ago - still waiting without any idea of an estimated delivery date yet. :banghead:

Ordered mine 5/21. My CXL, fully loaded, was caught in the Luxury pkg delay. Local dealer went to the zone rep and found out what the hold up was. Reportedly, "pressure" was put on the powers that be. What I'm told is that I have an actual build date (8/5) rather than telling me what my status code is. Hope to see my Enclave mid to late August!

After more phone calls to the dealer I was informed that my prduction date "disappeared" from the system (see "Group 0f 500 to go to production" post). The latest call today now says that my "new" production date is 8/13. Nobody seems to know why my previous date went away. ??? Anyway, late Aug or early Sept. for me I guess.

I'm from SE PA & ordered my Enclave 5/30. Dealer doesn't have a clue about delivery although I was told 8 weeks (puts it at 7/25). Can't even get a stinking status code out of them. I ordered the Red Jewel AWD CXL, cashmere leather, 7 pass., sunroof, luxury pkg., 6 CD Bose, chrome wheels as my options. I have financing in place until 8/21 after extending it once already.

Don't you love being held hostage as a customer? Did anyone notice that in Buick's TV ads they have that women driver turning her eyes, followed by the headlights turning? That's in the luxury package apparently held up. Nice ad ploy!

Thinking about a BMW.

What I have been told is the following.

Orders are batched according to style, color, options, etc. When they start to produce Gold Mist Metallic CXL they will build lots of them at once. Then change the line, color, fixtures and produce the next set. So according to this concept, if you order a popular color and package you might jump ahead of those wanting less popular combinations.

Also the luxury package is supposedly the hold up on many Enclaves. GM slated only to sell about 25% of the CXL's with the Luxury Package option. However this has become more popular than thought and now they are having issues getting enough of the Luxury package parts from their suppliers.

Also it does seem that pressure can play an important part in getting your Enclave built and delivered.

What really bothers me is that GM is not informing it's customers (US) what the status or hold up is. Instead we have to bug the dealership, then they have to do the query of GM one order at a time to get the information from their Vehicle Order Management system (GM VOM). In this day and age it should be point, click, and send an update to ALL if it's customers in the queue for an ordered Enclave.

If GM needs any help in this matter please contact me, I am willing to help (I.T. Professional). I would personally be more willing to wait if I was given accurate and timely updates. But to force your customers to sit and wait and never hear what is going on or why is a sure-fire way of shooting one's self in the foot.

GM you have made a wonderful, awesome product. This is the product that could change the future of the Buick name. Don't get greedy, and don't squander away those customers who really want to give GM and Buick a chance. Now is the time to be different and make a difference that the customers can see and will appreciate.

I ordered on 5/14 and mine arrived at the dealer on 6/26. I was told 6-8 weeks and I got it in 6 weeks. At first I thought the delays were the exception but it sounds like the norm. Has anyone else received their May order yet?

Ordered mine on May 18th, and as of last week, GM hasn't picked up the order. :banghead:
But that's ok now. I want the rear Console.

How about us poor April orders??????

I ordered April 9th and still waiting with NO WORD ON STATUS WHATSOEVER!!!!

I ordered Cocoa, CX, AWD, Sunroof, remote start, Cloth and engine block heater.....

Holy Smoke! You should really get your dealer to give you more specific info for the reason for the delay. If there is no help from them, have get the zone rep. help you. They at least could dig into it more for you. Your dealer should be ashamed!!

Ordered May 17th and got it yesterday (July 18th). It sat in Louisiana from July 6th to July 12th waiting to go on a truck to dealer. Think I'm going to love it. Right now, I'm really nervous about driving it so afraid I'm going to mess up something. There are so many things to learn about all the technology and I'm pretty challenged in that area---I'm a little over-whelmed.

I think you need to have a chat with your dealer. I ordered Diamond White and the Luxury Pkg which were or are constraint items. I thought I had ordered in May but my dealer informed me it was actually April 22nd.

Good luck! All I can say is it was worth the wait. Sweet ride!
