Navigation POI (Points of Interest)

Yes it does, but don't know how many. I believe you will probably be able to add your own also.

I have a 2005 GMC Yukon XL with navigation. I'm guessing what GM is putting in the Enclave is the same (or improved). Mine has POI, and I'm amazed at all the places that are included in that. My children's schools and every hockey rink in the Dallas area are two examples that I can think of offhand. I love my navigation system. I'm eager for the day that they incorporate live traffic reports into the routing so that it steers you away from a highway with a known snarl-up or major construction.
