Need more wireless headphones?

Have the rear entertainment system and need more wireless headphones? Go with GM accessories P/N 17802612, They are not cheap ($42.80) but they are nice. I have 3 kids so the factory included 2 headphone sets were not enough. 17802612 is slightly different the the factory-supplier set (Koss-branded) and has a noise cancelling function (the factory ones do not). Also supports the 2 channels (as the factory ones do). For those of you who don't know, Channel 1 is the DVD and Channel 2 is whatever the other rear seat audio is set to or the front is listening too.

I also have the DVD player in my Trailblazer. The older 1-channel wireless headsets still work in the Enclave, but the Enclave's factory supplied set as well as the Koss-branded one are better.

Thanx! I was just wondering about that. Not because of having a lot of kids. Just in case I lost/damaged one of the original set.
Anyone else buy the Koss brand wireless headphones? I need a new set as my son just broke one of the original headphones that came with our Enclave. I recently purchased another brand on eBay, but I am returning them because they aren't very clear...there's a ton of static. It's too bad because they fold making them easier to store.
These posts are a little old has anything changed with newer models? I have a 2011 Enclave that came with 2 wireless headphones and roof monted DVD. I have 3 kids so I would like to get another set of headphones. Will a 3rd headphone set work without causing any intereference with the others? I thought the headphones needed to be on different channel settings but there is only two channels, so the third set would need to share a channel with one of them. Should they all be on the same channel?

Thanks,
You can add as many sets as you like. The headphones do not put out any signal - they just receive the IR signal from the output beside the fold down screen.
Any you add work just like the originals.

.
I also know this is an old thread, but this was news to me - I swear I learn something valuable on this forum each day. Read it, then went to the garage and tested it. My son had been plugging in his iPod headphones to listen to music - no need to do that anymore - he was psyched!
Does anyone know how you use the two headphone channel settings, should all the headphones be on the same channel while watching dvd? How do you set up music on one headphone and dvd on another? Thanks.
As it says above . . everyone wanting to watch DVD puts their headphones on Channel 1. Anyone wanting to listen to the radio changes their headphones to Channel 2. I actually didn't know that either until I saw this thread.
you can buy GM headphones on ebay far cheaper than from GM...or get some from a wrecked GM car. i've done both-got some from a terraza and bought some from ebay.
