Hi all,

I just wanted to know how accurate the diagnostic info is from the OnStar system. I received my first diagnostic run via email and it said my tires were 31lbs, and indicated 35lbs was the right inflation for maximum mileage. Is the diagnostic that accurate? I only had the car for 7 days and assume the dealer had the proper inflation of the car tires. More importantly just wanted, just want to know if these reports are helpful.

Thanks!!

We just got our second monthly report and it indicated our tires were at 42 psi. This was after I aired them up to 40 psi so I'm guessing they ran the diagnostic when I was driving the Enclave. Our weather has started cooling off here recently and I wanted to air the tires up high enough that they don't go below 35 psi when it's in the lower 20's. I'd say it's pretty accurate based on this.
