Ok i am *officially making it a law that you can not post just a smiley!
this is becoming a problem among serious members that are racing for posts!!
If you are caught just posting a smiley you will have to remove the post entirely and will be banned from posting for a week!

It was just someone who created an account to spam the site - just like junk email.
