the assist steps?

has anyone heard when the assist steps will be ready to order? i need them really bad. i need them to be able to get into the car w/ease. i had a hard time when we test drove it. as soon as they are ready i can order my car.

The assist steps are put on by the dealer and cost around $900 installed. You can order the integrated assist steps for under $700 through GM Parts Direct:

I believe you can order them through GM Parts direct at the web address I listed - right now, but I would check with your dealer to see if they can put them on first.

I believe they are the same. Same PN's 1780258(1,2,3,4,5). Just no price discount. The picture shows the Buick logo molded in which was described in the Buick Brochure.
