What is good my brother & sisters in
Buickdom.
I am new to the Buick Ownership and just wanted to say I’m happy about my decision but that’s for another thread.
I’ve had my 13’ Enclave for about 3 weeks now. when I picked it up the front rotors were horribly warped and the next day the dealer did me right and put brand new front rotors and new pads all around.. to that end I have a ridiculously obnoxious squeak coming from the right front.. I went through my due diligence check everything out; bushings, hun, yada yada.. I will say it had me baffled at first because it only occurs going forward, it had me thinking it was the shock in need of some grease the way it happened in conjunction with the travel of the suspension but then equally confused when it was coinciding with the rotation of the wheel.. for further headache this anomalous noise also briefly occurs when cranking and killing the ignition.. which all I can think that it’s just moving ever so slightly when that happens causing the brake to squeak.. what I’m trying to find out is what’s the course of action if it’s the brakes? Do I just ride it out till the pads wear down enough to alleviate the contact? And if it’s not that then what in the **** is it? Cause I have literally put grease on everything and then some to no avail.. hit me with some opinions or experiences guys. Thanks in advance

Why don't you just go back to the dealer, like you did with the brakes? Tell them the car you just bought from them is making "a ridiculously obnoxious squeak".

That’s actually happening today I just wanted to see if maybe there was something I could do since it was a few weeks to wait to be able to take it back in

Well it turns out the reason it couldn’t be figured out was because I was looking into the wrong things.. it was the **** engine mount. Someone had put the bolts back in the place.. it’s all fixed and the sound is no more
