I have a 2008 Enclave CXL AWD.

Issues:
1. Service Stabilitrak / Oil pooling in intake snorkel
Replaced and modified PCV breather, replaced long plastic tube from pcv
breather to top of intake manifold, replaced short plastic tube from
snorkel to intake manifold, replaced throttle body, replaced mass airflow
sensor and snorkel.

2. ServiceTraction Control / Service All Wheel Drive / Service ABS
Replaced wheel speed sensors, output speed sensor, all four wheel hub
and bearing assemblies, all four abs sensors.

3. Heavy oil consumption
Probably related to #1 above

4. Transmission shudder
2-3-R wave plate flaw from factory. Likely rebuild/replace transaxle.

5. Random misfire all cylinders.
Replace coils, plugs.

After all of these efforts, all symptoms remain unchanged.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I am seriously ready to set this POS ablaze and drive it into the GM headquarters building (REN CEN)

Thank you in advance!

I had a 2008 Saturn Outlook, virtually the same vehicle mechanically, except for the vacuum assisted Motor Mounts. . Had the Transmission rebuilt. Power Steering Rack and Pump, Water Pump replaced. Oil consumption/Oil pooling/PCV clog, solved with the mod. Several Mass Air Flow sensors, I believe these go bad with the oil pooling and moisture. The MAF sensor was the cause of my Stabilitrack/Traction Control Messages. I still loved the vehicle and would call it a dependable one, sold it with 212K miles (it's still on the road) and bought a 2015 Enclave.
How many miles do you have and how long have you had it?
Plugs were changed at 95,000 miles, never a Misfire.
Are you bringing it to a mechanic or are you doing the troubleshooting and work yourself?
Eventually I did replace the throttle Body and never had any more issues with any of the items you bring up. Run a bottle of Techron concentrate, 20 oz.. and always use top tier fuel. I rarely used top tier in the 08 but do in the 15.
What were the symptoms which made you change all the wheel sensors?
Some folks have attributed the stabilitrack messages to a bad engine compartment fuse block.

Did you buy the car used or are you the original owner? I have 186,000 miles on my 2010 and change the oil every 5,000 miles using Mobil 1. It uses some oil between oil changes ( about a quart ). I've also changed the transmission oil every 75,000 miles and have only had one problem with my tranny which was the second gear shift solenoid that went bad.

Good luck on yours.

Your pcv system is clogged. Change the “valve.”

Wave plate does not cause transmission shudder.

FrustratedEnlcavve, Go and search some of the threads, there is a lot of good information on how to correct these nuisances. Unfortunately it sometimes is one cause for one vehicle and another cause for another vehicle but if you put some time and effort in you should prevail.

These cars and the biggest pieces of **** I’ve ever owned. So sorry you got roped into buying one to!
Bought it August 2020 for $8,300. Dec 2020 timing chain went out, fixed. Now back in shop and haven’t heard the damage yet. Surging, losing power, misfiring cylinders 2,4 and 6, lost communication etc. I have $13,000 now invested and it’s only worth $7,000. Exhale.
