I have a 2012 Buick Enclave that jerks at low speeds when increasing. What is the problem?

Hard to tell. My 2013 had a shuddering issue with 2 to 3 shifts at 130K it was from a bad torque converter. Check your fluid level and color, should be pink

Had this issue on our 2010. There's an anti-shutter additive that solved it long enough to trade it in on a 2015.
