Lately I've been having an issue with my 2011 CXL whereby when taking off from a stop and turning left I hear a noise like the engine is racing or the transmission slipping. I don't really see the RPMs flying upwards, but it happens right before the 1-2 shift so frankly its hard to tell.

I spent a lot of time trying to isolate the problem and found:

- Fluid level is good, so its not a "sloshing" thing
- Also happens in "L" instead of "D"
- Still happens when I'm in L1 (i.e. so its not trying to shift) so it seems to be related to first gear only (??)

Pretty confused. Any ideas?
