Has anyone tried updating or replacing the Infotainment system and screen on their Enclave? Also wanting to replace the backup camera. I have a 2018 Enclave Avenir but the picture quality is not that great. The information looks a little dated as well. Wanting to upgrade but don’t know if that’s an option.

Mine doesn't have a picture quality problem. Have you tried updating the firmware? If that doesn't help, the warranty should cover it. The backup camera should be clear unless it gets wet. As far as replacing the screen with a newer version, I believe it would be incompatible with the existing computer.

Changed out the stereo in our 2008, but for an entirely different reason ... wanted bluetooth, primarily. In the process got Apple CarPlay and more. Very happy.

Curious…are you limiting your choice to upgrading with an OEM head unit from a newer E or are you open to getting an aftermarket head unit and camera? If open to aftermarket definitely check with one of your local car audio places.

There's a company called infotainment and they sell radios and equipment to update your enclave when you talk with them they'll ask you for info from the sticker on your vehicle so that they can program the replacement unit to your vehicle.

Thanks for sharing that! You can get the original nav system for an '08 from infotainment. I assume a Buick dealership would be able to handle installation, right?
