While all lambda models, including the defunct Outlook, still look fresh to me, I feel that the Enclave's sexier sheetmetal has stood the aesthetic test of time better than the others, too. Regardless, within the next couple of years, all surviving lambda designs will be updated. I am hopeful that GM maintains the basic aesthetic identities of each rather then trying to reinvent them.

Hopefully. It is important for Buick to keep up this new momentum in order to become a true long term player in the "hot car" market.

The 2013-2014 MCE Enclaves still look the best compared to the other lambdas, including the original and MCE Traverse which was not yet available when this poll was formulated. I still think that the original 2008-2012 Enclave beats them all except for the newer 2013 and 2014 models.

:welcome: and best of luck and enjoyment with your new 2013 Enclave. Regarding the paint chip, I would try to avoid a repaint job on the door unless the touch up looks horrible, because WDT is very difficult to match in color and sheen.

What is a Lambda?
The lambda platform was originally conceived as a replacement design for GM's minivan line. But, when GM decided to exit the minivan business, the new platform was employed in a new line of midsize CUVs beginning in 2006 now known as the Acadia, Enclave, Traverse, and the defunct Outlook.

I assume that you would still prefer the appearance of the 2013 and 2014 Enclaves to the sister lambdas. Am I correct?

:thumb: I, on the other hand, actually like the appearance of the MCE Enclaves better than my own 2008 model. I feel that the 2013-2014 models look a little more elegantly rugged and a bit higher tech than the original 2008-2012s.
