If you have the 2nd set, my best guess is to go to a GM dealer and get a 2nd set. Short of that, some locksmiths can make a duplicate key (I don't know about the fob). If you don't have anything, try calling On-Star for help...you can call them on a regular phone...you don't need the car phone, or call a GM dealer in the morning.

well, I would call onstar- have them unlock the car- and look in the car for the keys... just in case.
But you may have luck- and pay less by looking on ebay for a FOB.
As for the key...
Grab your vin- and head to the dealer- they can get you one.
They most likely will want proof that you own the car.
It may be pricey for the key

You can buy both the key and fob on eBay, pretty cheap. I bought a key and fob as a spare, and had a locksmith cut the key for me. The key programming is pretty simple (as long as you have a original key), and the procedure is in the manual. Programming the fob is also easy.

Just replaced a set I lost. $7 with shipping for the key (ebay item 190461478564), $21 for the remote fob (with auto start, search ebay for "20869963"). $1 to get the key duplicated at the local Ace hardware.

Two things to remember.

1. You have to have a copy of the key with you that starts the car. You start your Enclave with the old key, turn it off, and then within 5 seconds, restart the car with the new key
2. You need to reprogram all the key fobs (through the menu system).

Both of these processes are outlined in the Enclave user manual.
